For 16 year olds and over

Adult Gym

This session is open to individuals aged 16 and older.

 

Participants can train on all apparatus, making it ideal for both beginners and advanced gymnasts.

 

Each begins with a warm-up and stretching routine. We concentrate on two apparatus each week, followed by supervised free time for you to practice your chosen skills and apparatus.

 

Work towards your personal goals in a fun and engaging atmosphere, with coaches available to offer advice and support as needed.
