Availability

Saturday and Sunday afternoons

• Setup access: From 2:30 PM (upstairs only)

• Gym session starts: 3:00 PM

• Party time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Please note: Only upstairs access is permitted before 3:00 PM. Gymnasts are not allowed in the gym area until this time.

What to Expect

Your party includes:

• 1 hour 30 minutes in the gym

  • Free play

  • Structured warm-ups

  • Gymnastics skill practice

• 30 minutes upstairs

  • Time for cake and food

  • Seating provided

Gymnasts are not permitted to return to the gym after food.

​

If guests go upstairs before the gym session ends, they will not be allowed back into the gym afterwards.

Party Options

You can choose from two party styles:

Half-Structured Party

• Coach-led warm-up games

• Stretching and gymnastics skills

• Free play time

Stay & Play Party

• Immediate free play from 3:00 PM

• Less structured, more relaxed format

Qualified coaches will be present in the gym at all times.

Pricing

Option 1 – Standard Party: £200

• Up to 25 children

• 1 hour 30 minutes in the gym

• 30 minutes upstairs with seating

Option 2 – Extended Gym Party: £250

• Up to 25 children

• 2 hours in the gym

• 30 minutes upstairs with seating

 

Food & Decorations

Please bring your own:

• Food and drinks

• Birthday cake

• Decorations (optional)

 

Important Information

• Gym access begins strictly at 3:00 PM

• No gym access after food

• Upstairs setup available from 2:30 PM to set up

• Coaches supervise all gym activities
