The Story of Flipping Out Gymnastics

Flipping Out Gymnastics was founded in January 2022 with a passion for creating a fun, welcoming and supportive environment where children of all ages and abilities can thrive.

What started in a local school hall in Erdington has grown into our very own dedicated gymnastics facility at Hastingwood Industrial Park, Birmingham, which we moved into in March 2023.

We offer a wide range of classes, including Parent & Toddler, Pre-school, Recreational Gymnastics, Trampolining, Boys' Gymnastics, Development Squads and Adult Gymnastics.

Our dedicated, qualified coaches are passionate about helping every gymnast develop their skills, build confidence, make friendships and achieve their goals.

At Flipping Out, we're more than just gymnastics. We're a community where everyone can learn, grow and belong.
